For our company, we already have 2 policies about the free samples:

1. The clients who are placing order over 50 000 USD each month, we will make the sample for them by free, what’s more, no need to order all the sample, half of them would be ok.
2. Once the bulk order over 300 pieces one design one color, we will return the sample cost.

But seems we still don’t have a policy for our new clients,

These days I am taking with my colleague, if you are the clients, want to find a factory to help you come true your design, what is the most important thing for you to make the decision that start cooperation with manufacture.

 For myself, first of all, the factory need to have the management, like quality control and QC inspection. However, this is not the best answer.

a colleague said, normally all the things like comments, quality control, time control etc are the way to help make a decision that cooperation with you by first time, but the most important thing is when I receive this sample, see it by myself and check your service in this process, then I can make a decide to cooperation with you or not.

For most of the new brands and designers, i think find a proper manufacture is not easy for you, because need to try one by one, and many things would happen during this process, the cost is very high, and you may thinking, if a factory could make the first sample free to us, it would be much better to choose.

This moment, manufacture are looking for matching brands, brands also need a matching manufacture, just need a reason to contact with each other, we are willing to go the first step to you, maybe everything would be different. Therefore, the new policy is coming:
